Meet Anna & Vlada
Anna Ufberg OTR/L
Administrative Director
Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from FIU and has over 25 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings; which include acute care/outpatient, home care, and long term care specializing in geriatrics.
As the original founder of Northeast Adult Day Care in 1999, Anna has been successfully running day to day operations of the business. Her strong clinical experience and caring attitude toward the elderly has helped the business rise to the top.
Vlada Rubarkh, RN, BSN
Program Director
Prior to her time as Northeast Adult Day Care President, Program Director, original founder, and co-owner, Vlada received her education and BSN degree from Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing. She has over 25 years of experience in acute and community-based long-term care settings and geriatrics.
As a leader of the program’s clinical and administrative operations, Vlada and her partner Anna have been successfully running Northeast Adult Day Care since its opening in September of 1999.
Who We Are:
Northeast Adult Day Care is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and is contracted with PA Medicaid, VA (Veteran’s Affairs), PA Long Term Care CHC, Keystone First CHC, PA Health and Wellness CHC, UPMC CHC, Philadelphia
Corporation of Aging, Bucks County AAA, and Montgomery County AAA to provide adult day services to the elderly of Philadelphia and it’s suburbs.
We are open 6 days a week from 7am to 6pm, provide door-to-door transportation and provide our services in a variety of languages.
